In June of 2010, we traveled out west with some of our wonderful PA friends (friends since 1979) then again in 2016 for a 1-man art exhibition in Lake City, CO and again in 2017 with our daughter. We experienced so many new and amazing locations and discovered a different kind of beauty that we’d never experienced before. During our 2010 and 2017 trips, we stopped at Garden of the gods in Colorado Springs, CO. This was absolutely one of the most intriguing places we’ve EVER visited. The huge rock formations actually look as though they’re “growing” out of the earth, Divine artistic formations-sculpted by our Master Artist. “When I consider…the work of thy fingers…which thou hast ordained; What is man, that thou art mindful of him?” Psalm 8:3-6. What a God we serve!! The approximate framed out size of this watercolor is 18 1/2” x 20 1/4”.
