Well, all of us have a favorite season. Actually my favorite…to paint, is winter. I love to paint snow scenes, but that’s as far as it goes for my “love” of snow. My all around favorite season though is fall. So as we’re in one of the earliest, hottest summers we can remember in our 32 years in SC, I’d like to “frame in” my favorite season, contrasted to summer, as I look forward to some reprieve from this heat!! A big thanks to James Griffin for allowing me to use his beautiful photographic composition. The approximate framed out size of this watercolor is 15 1/4” x 22”.
