This is a miniature painting. This setting belonged to the my 1st cousin’s Papaw’s brother (Hiram Herron). It was located in Robinette Valley in Hancock County, TN. Thanks Lynn Herron for allowing me to paint this little homeplace. The house was built before the civil war and to get to the kitchen you had to go out of the living area and walk down the front porch and vice versa when you went back. Oh the stories this old home could tell!! And by Lynn’s description, there’s a long history (too long for my blurb) that is so interesting!!

The approximate framed out size of this watercolor is 13 5/8” x 14 1/8”
